We were very impressed with Atilla from Ironclad Inspections when he came out and inspected a house we are purchasing in our small town. The house had been in a fire and had a lot of damage. Of all the inspectors we have ever dealt with in our many years of buying and selling homes, Atilla was the most thorough of any of them. He literally found extensive fire damage in a difficult to access part of the foundation that had been missed by the fire, arson and insurance personnel who investigated the house fire. Not even contractors who came to give bids on restoration discovered this damage. But Atilla did, and that is why we are literally writing the first Google Review that we have ever written. The quality of Atilla’s inspection was impressive and we strongly recommend him to others – whether it’s a distressed piece of property like what we are buying or whether you are a home owner simply making sure your contractor builds you a quality home.
